The Position The Production Assistant will assist with all aspects of digital pint, lamination and graphics production creating perfect kits for the vehicle wrapping teams. This essential position in the production team requires an energetic individual who has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in working to the highest quality standards. The Production Assistant will help manage high volumes of jobs through production working methodically to production schedules and time-critical deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Monitors stock inventory • Learn and develop production processes • Provide information for resolving and/or referring non-conformances pertaining to production processes • Maintains records on production supply inventories and job print records • Maintains a clean and efficient workshop • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. What we're looking for: • A good aptitude for learning computer packages • Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop preferred. • Effective planning & organising skills • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures. • Ability to analyse and solve problems.
