Job Description
3. Act as a key business partner across commercial and operational teams.
4. Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), delivering budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
5. Own financial evaluation of strategic projects including ROI modelling and scenario planning.
6. Drive cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and performance improvement.
7. Implement automated dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights.
8. Conduct deep-dive analysis into revenue, margins, and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
9. Lead the rollout of a company-wide purchase order system to improve spend visibility and governance.
10. Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance reporting accuracy and system integration.
11. Contribute to the development of financial controls and scalable processes suitable for a high-growth SME.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Finance Business Partner should have:

13. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
