Location: Bordon
Salary: £82.80 to £104.16 per day
Job Type: part/full time
Start Date: September
Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of subjects.
Provide targeted support to individual students and small groups, helping them grasp key concepts.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
Support classroom management and ensure a safe, respectful learning space.
Take part in planning sessions and staff meetings to contribute to whole-school development.
Gain invaluable experience for a future PGCE or teacher training application.
Requirements for the Graduate Teaching Assistant role:
Graduates with a desire to explore a career in education
Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant is preferred
Core subject degrees such as Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, or PE (for aspiring teachers)
