*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Managing and supervising a team of solicitors handling RTA, EL/PL, injury, vehicle damage, and hire claims
* Handling your own caseload of complex and high-value cases
* Providing technical guidance and leading negotiations with insurers and opposing solicitors
* Ensuring compliance with Scottish civil litigation procedures and pre-action protocols
* Mentoring and developing junior solicitors, supporting their growth

*What We’re Looking For*
* *5+ years PQE, admitted in Scotland*
* *Strong litigation experience* in Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures
* *Proven leadership ability* to manage and develop a team
* *Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills*
* *Commercial awareness* with a client-focused approach
* Ability to work in a *fully office based *role
