Recruitment Admin Officer - Temp to perm opportunity

Work Pattern
Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexi-hours)Based in BS16
3-month initial contract with perm opportunity
Your new role

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the organisation
* Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and HR colleagues
* Support critical or high-risk vacancies with proactive solutions
* Administer recruitment activity using the applicant tracking system
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management
* Support delivery of recruitment and resourcing projects
* Coordinate, review and standardise job descriptions across the business
* Upload and maintain job descriptions within internal systems
* Contribute to process improvements and development of training materials

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience within a customer-focused HR or recruitment environment
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practice
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and manage competing priorities
* Experience using recruitment systems and MS Office
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Experience supporting projects and implementing new processes
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, business support or similar
