Key Responsibilities:
5. Deliver personal care and support to service users in line with individual care plans
6. Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal support, and mobility
7. Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times

9. Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns
Requirements:
10. A minimum of 6 months’ care experience in the UK (in any care setting)
11. A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
12. Willingness to travel to different locations within Cardiff
13. Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (can be arranged if needed)
14. Practical manual handling certificate
