What you'll be doing
* Creating and coordinating content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
* Supporting campaign delivery across multiple European markets
* Managing community engagement, including private Facebook groups
* Tracking performance, reporting on KPIs and learning what content works best
* Spotting social trends and emerging influencers aligned to our brand
* Supporting store social media with content, toolkits and training
* Attending industry events and awards to capture social content
* Supporting the Social Media Manager with admin, POs and budget tracking
What we're looking for
* 1+ year's experience in social media or content marketing
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills
* Confident using Canva and creating short‑form video
* Organised, creative and comfortable juggling priorities
* Great communicator who enjoys working with different teams
* Passion for the hair & beauty industry
* Retail experience is a plus
* French language skills are advantageous
