We are looking for a caring and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in Croydon. This is a full-time position within a supportive, year-round nursery environment that is committed to providing high standards of childcare and early years education in line with the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements. You will be: * Delivering high-quality childcare and early years education * Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment * Planning and supporting age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS * Acting as a Key Person and supporting children’s development and wellbeing * Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers * Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about early years education. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
