I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a **well-established and forward-thinking company **for a Nightshift Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be a key part of the maintenance team, helping keep production running through a mix of reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance.

----------------------------------------What You’ll Be Doing
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across plant and machinery
* Work in a proactive, preventative maintenance environment
* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
* Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce repeat breakdowns
* Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
* Liaise with contractors and ensure RAMS compliance
* Update and maintain records on the CMMS system
* Complete remedial work following PPM activities
----------------------------------------About You
* Electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer
* Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent apprenticeship)
* Mechanical experience beneficial
* Background in heavy engineering / manufacturing / industrial environments
* Strong experience in reactive and planned maintenance
* Confident fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems
* Experience with or exposure to PLC systems
* Comfortable working independently on a nightshift pattern
