Operational Marketing Manager – Global B2B Market Leader
Are you ready to take ownership of marketing for a global leader in the technical sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that delivers innovative building materials and construction solutions trusted worldwide.
As Operational Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that combine digital expertise and traditional marketing skills. You’ll manage everything from website optimization and social media campaigns to trade shows, product launches, brand awareness and CRM automation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* ✅ Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
* ✅ Manage three websites, ensuring performance, analytics, and lead generation
* ✅ Create engaging social media content, blogs, videos, and email campaigns
* ✅ Deliver impactful offline marketing – brochures, datasheets, exhibitions, and trade shows
* ✅ Launch new products with tailored marketing tools for global markets
* ✅ Implement a new CRM system and set up automated marketing campaigns
* ✅ Collaborate with sales and technical teams to produce targeted campaigns
* ✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
* ✅ Monitor ROI and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
What We’re Looking For:
* ✔ Extensive experience in a Marketing Manager role within a B2B/technical/Construction/Building Materials/Engineering sector
* ✔ Proven track record in digital and offline marketing
* ✔ Ability to understand technical issues and create compelling content
* ✔ Stand‑alone role - Hands‑on approach – no heavy reliance on agencies
* ✔ Proficiency in CRM, CMS, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) - desirable
* ✔ Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
* ✔ Willingness to travel when required
