Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that vehicles are safe and reliable for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
* Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other essential systems.
* Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any necessary repairs.
* Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working in the workshop.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
* Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role within the automotive industry is essential.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
* Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* A valid driver's licence is preferred.
