Current Opening: National Account Manager

Join Sofina Foods as a National Account Manager and take the lead in shaping our seafood retail strategy with major UK grocery retailers. Based in Grimsby, this is a high-profile commercial role with real influence, challenge, and progression.

As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering commercial plans across one or more of our top UK grocery customers. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Managing and growing strategic relationships with key grocery retailers.
2. Leading commercial negotiations on cost price increases, promotions, and NPD listings.
3. Partnering with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of customer expectations.
4. Analyzing sales data, market trends, and category insights to inform strategy.

This role offers high visibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a genuine difference within a complex, high-performing commercial team that takes ownership of forecasting, promotional strategy, cost management, and contract negotiation in a fast-moving market.
