* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the clinic.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a managerial role within the aesthetics or skincare industry.
* Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
* Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices within the aesthetics industry.
* Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required.
