Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Business development activities, including calling prospective clients to identify new opportunities
2. Managing and developing existing relationships to increase market share
3. Attending client meetings to discuss campaigns
4. Sourcing and matching candidates
5. Writing job advertisements
6. Short-listing and interviewing candidates
7. Ensuring compliance and handling administration
8. Conducting client service reviews
9. Reporting figures and working towards exceeding targets/KPIs
10. Maintaining good communication skills and a positive attitude
11. Possessing a full UK driving licence and own transport
12. Business development and client-facing experience are advantageous
13. Having a recruitment background is preferred
Training:
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
