The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and committed Qualified Electrician to join our skilled team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy variety in your day-to-day, and want to be part of a company that values professionalism and quality, we'd love to hear from you.
You’ll work on a diverse range of electrical projects – from commercial fit-outs and industrial installations to domestic rewires – giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and tackle interesting challenges every day.
What You'll Be Doing
* Electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across commercial, industrial, and domestic settings
* Fault-finding and troubleshooting electrical systems with confidence and precision
* Conducting site assessments and ensuring full compliance with current regulations and safety standards
* Delivering high‑quality workmanship that meets strict deadlines and client expectations
* Maintaining excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and contractors
* Providing outstanding customer service and representing Broadoak's professional reputation
* Taking initiative and working independently when required
What We're Looking For
* Valid ECS Card
* City & Guilds electrical qualification (or equivalent)
* Right to work in the UK
* Proven experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work
* Strong problem‑solving and fault‑finding abilities
* Knowledge of current electrical regulations (BS 7671:2018+A2)
* Excellent communication and time‑management skills
* Enthusiastic, dependable, and committed attitude
* Customer‑focused approach with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Own basic electrical tools (hand tools, drills, etc.)
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel to different sites across the North West
* IPAF and PASMA certifications
* Experience across both commercial and domestic projects
