EOTAS Tutors Required - Hayes / Hillingdon Hayes & Hillingdon Borough 1:1 Alternative Provision Tuition (EOTAS) We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated tutors to deliver 1:1 tuition for pupils accessing Education Otherwise Than at School (EOTAS) provision across Hayes and the wider Hillingdon area. As part of Hillingdon Council's alternative provision network, we support learners who are currently out of mainstream education due to a range of additional needs, including autism, SEMH, behavioural challenges, and medical needs. Tuition sessions are typically delivered in the pupil's home or within appropriate community settings, with a strong focus on re-engagement, confidence-building, and personalised learning support. Role Provide 1:1 tuition for pupils receiving EOTAS provision Deliver flexible, part-time sessions (predominantly during school hours) Tailor learning to individual needs and abilities Support pupils in rebuilding confidence and reconnecting with education Work across Hayes and the wider Hillingdon borough Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (e.g. autism, SEMH, or behavioural needs) Strong behaviour management skills and a relationship-focused approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK Ability to travel to in-person sessions across Hillingdon Please note: We are unable to support candidates who require Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
