The marketing challenge:
Employee Benefits is a crowded, complex market. Employers have more choice than ever, but less time to evaluate it. The opportunity here is to cut through - building a clear, differentiated narrative for Mattioli Woods and turning it into campaigns, content and conversations that drive measurable growth.
You’ll own the full marketing mix: go-to-market strategy, lead generation, proposition messaging, digital presence, thought leadership, events, and consultant enablement.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in financial services, professional services or a similarly complex sector
* A strong commercial mindset - you measure success in pipeline and revenue, not just impressions and clicks
* The ability to distil complex propositions into simple, persuasive stories
* Experience working alongside sales or advisory teams, influencing behaviour and driving adoption
* Confident managing multiple workstreams independently in a fast-moving environment
* Experience in Employee Benefits is a plus - but the ability to learn a market quickly and market it brilliantly matters more.
What you’ll do:
* Define and deliver the marketing strategy for Employee Benefits
* Identify and prioritise growth opportunities
* Embed a culture of measurable, accountable marketing
* Build and execute targeted multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads
* Develop sector-specific propositions to open doors in priority markets
* Work hand‑in‑glove with advisers to convert marketing activity
* Simplify complex services into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with target audience
* Create high‑quality content across digital, social, events and sales materials
* Lead the development of original research and flagship insight reports
* Own the Employee Benefits digital presence – website, landing pages, SEO etc
* Drive LinkedIn visibility and amplifying consultant campaign content
* Equip advisers with the tools, materials and campaigns
