About the role
One Stop is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead on Local Authority regulatory matters. You’ll monitor regulatory changes, represent One Stop externally, and ensure stakeholders stay compliant. The role involves working with Tesco’s compliance teams, managing enforcement contacts, and providing expert advice on projects and initiatives.
You will be responsible for
* Single Point of Contact for Local Authority regulatory matters for One Stop
* Horizon scan for regulatory change impacting One Stop, influence change externally and cascade new information internally to key stakeholders.
* Representing One Stop at external meetings, such as the ACS
* Ensure One Stop stakeholders receive appropriate reporting on compliance matters and guide on appropriate corrective actions
* Assist with contacts with One Stop’s Primary Authority partners and contact with enforcement officers.
* Working closely with Tesco regulatory compliance teams to land group wide initiatives, including attendance at Tesco Head Office when appropriate.
* Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of enforcement contacts.
* Providing the business with expert advice on One Stop specific projects and new initiatives, signposting / referring to Tesco Group experts where appropriate.

* HACCP / Food Safety Qualification (essential)
* TS / EH professional qualification (ideal)
