Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs is essential. You understand the complexities and nuances involved in supporting these learners. Exceptional classroom management skills that promote a structured yet nurturing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff. A deep understanding and practical experience with differentiated instruction. The ability to build meaningful rapport with young people and their families.
