About the School

We are a unique all-through school (ages 5-16) located just north of Bath. We are committed to providing exceptional education and holistic support for pupils with diverse social, emotional, and mental health challenges. What You'll Be Doing:
* Designing and delivering captivating lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and needs of students with SEMH.

* Differentiating instruction effectively to ensure all students are challenged and supported in their learning.

* Fostering a positive, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent classroom environment where students feel safe to express themselves and learn.

* Building strong, positive rapport with students, their families, and colleagues to create a collaborative support network.

* Utilising excellent classroom management skills to promote a calm and productive learning atmosphere.

* Implementing relevant safeguarding procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of all students.

Who We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

* Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs is essential. You understand the complexities and nuances involved in supporting these learners.

* Exceptional classroom management skills that promote a structured yet nurturing environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.

* A deep understanding and practical experience with differentiated instruction.

* The ability to build meaningful rapport with young people and their families.

* Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to child protection.
