They will coordinate service delivery, monitor performance, and support governance and financial oversight and will act as the main point of contact for TMOs, supporting them in delivering resident-focused services. They will monitor compliance with the Modular Management Agreement and ensure KPIs are met and coordinate TMO activities with council departments and external partners.
