Job Overview
Crowe leverages full M365 stack and Azure to provide the firm with cloud capabilities around storage, compute, Identity, AVDs, DevOps and Data Science. Copilot adoption is at its early stages and as the firm gets used to AI and its capabilities in driving productivity gains, safe and acceptable usage needs to be governed.
A Microsoft 365/Azure Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, management/governance, and optimisation of Microsoft cloud-based solutions and Copilot to enhance operational efficiency, client service and innovation across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Platform Management
* Administer and manage M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Endpoint Manager and Copilot with the help of an external support provider
* Oversee Azure IaaS/PaaS environments
* Ensure robust monitoring, alerting and incident response using Microsoft monitoring tools
* AI Integration and Management:
* Oversee the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions (Copilot, Azure AI Foundry and Open AI) to enhance business processes and decision-making.
* Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to develop and implement AI models and algorithms.
* Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI systems within the cloud infrastructure.
* Project Leadership:
* Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and cloud projects.
* Coordinate with IT and development teams to support cloud-based applications and services.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Security and Compliance:
* Manage identity and access management (Azure AD, Entra ID, Conditional Access)
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to cloud and AI technologies.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
* Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and cloud technologies.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization's cloud and AI infrastructure.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
* Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment of business and technology solutions.
Qualifications
* Education:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
* Microsoft Azure Administration certification (desirable)
* Microsoft 365 certified (desirable)
* Experience:
* Extensive experience in Microsoft 365, Azure management, AI management and project leadership.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering AI and M365/Azure projects.
* Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and AI technologies (Microsoft Copilot/Azure AI Foundry and Open AI).
* Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to cloud and AI.
