Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support for a Reception pupil.
* Assist the pupil to engage with learning activities and manage behaviour during the day.
* Support consistent routines and reinforce expected behaviours in line with the school’s strategies.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role with primary pupils and additional needs.
* Patience, resilience, and confidence in supporting children with challenging behaviours.
* No personal care required.
* Available for a full-time role with ASAP start; contract until the end of the academic year provisionally.
