Main Contractor (Building Sector)
Project: Northamptonshire - Large Industrial Unit
Working on behalf of one of a well established Main Contractor based in the Midlands, we are looking to find a Project Manager, capable of delivering a new Industrial Unit based in Northamptonshire. This is a new project, which will start later this summer. For a client that this business has worked with previously and has a good relationship with.
Project Details:
* Valued between £25m to £30m
* JCT Design & Build Contract
* Industrial Unit
* Steel Frame, Car Park, Traditional Cladding, Office Area, Yard Slab etc.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day delivering of the project and project reporting. Supported by a Contracts Manager overseeing multiple schemes and as PM, you will be managing a team of Site Managers, Engineers with support from a Senior QS, Design Management and Planner.

Ideal Candidate:
* Project Manager level ideally - would consider an exceptional Senior Site Manager
* Experience in Industrial Project Delivery
* Temporary Works Coordinator Ideal, not essential
* Proficient in using AstaPowerProjects to a basic level
* Main Contracting Background
