Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in East Goscote for the role of Asphalt Manager. The Asphalt Manager will oversee the daily operations of asphalt testing and quality assurance processes for projects, ensuring all tests meet industry standards and client requirements. Key responsibilities include supervising site testing, coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies, and liaising with clients. Effective management of resources and consistent delivery of high‑quality asphalt testing are critical aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge of asphalt site testing, bituminous laboratory testing, and pavement investigation processes.
* Strong project management, team coordination, and leadership skills.
* Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance regulations within construction and civil engineering industries.
* Excellent communication skills for client consultation, report preparation, and collaborative team efforts.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in materials testing or civil engineering are preferred.
* Excellent knowledge of asphalt and asphalt testing.
* Previous experience working in a similar role within materials testing or civil engineering is advantageous.
