Conduct assessments, risk evaluations, and reviews in line with clinical governance and safeguarding protocols. Provide therapeutic interventions and recovery-focused support. Liaise with service users, carers, and external agencies to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
