Our client is a retail technology company transforming how shoppers engage with products online and in-store. They partner with leading global brands and retailers to deliver rich, data-driven digital experiences that increase engagement, reduce returns, and drive sales.


They are looking for a confident and organised Mid-Weight Account Manager / Project Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends account management 70 % and project delivery 30%, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while driving successful execution. You’ll be the lead point of contact for your assigned clients — running meetings, presenting solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.

You’ll manage day-to-day communications, prepare and lead client presentations, lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and act as the subject matter expert for all matters relating to your accounts. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll coordinate activity, maintain momentum, and make sure all actions and deliverables are clearly defined, tracked, and completed on time.


This is a remote role but you will be required to attend client and team meetings in and around the London area occasionally.


Skills and Experience

● 3–5 years’ experience in account and/or project management, ideally within a digital, creative, retail, ecommerce, digital retail, website or technology environment.

* Strong data experience

● Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects simultaneously.

● Excellent presentation and communication skills — confident leading client meetings, leading and preparing for quarterly client review meetings and delivering professional presentations.

● Strong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to detail and follow-up.

● Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery timelines.

● Familiar with Google Workspace tools, MS Office etc.

● Commercially astute, comfortable with budgets and project scope management.

● Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a genuine interest in AI, emerging retail and digital technologies.

This role is to start ASAP, ideally looking for a December start but will be flexible for the right candidate.
