Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1&2 curriculum.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and social development of each student.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the school and its educational programs.
5. Establish effective communication channels with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to student development.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
7. Experience teaching in a Key Stage 1, 2 and erly years setting.
8. Strong knowledge of the KS1&2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You will need an Enhanced DBS certificate to work with children (don't worry if you haven't got one, we can help you get one) and 2 references covering the past two years!
