I'm working with a client who is looking for a Helpdesk Team Lead to join their growing IT team.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys keeping teams organised, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll support the engineers, help maintain service quality, and make sure customers receive a consistently high level of support.
What they’re looking for:
* Strong experience in IT support (MSP background, but not essential)
* Solid technical knowledge across Windows environments, networks, hardware, and cloud services
* Confidence in delivering both remote and on-site support
* A proactive mindset with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships
What the role involves:
* Supporting end users with day-to-day technical issues
* Maintaining secure, reliable, and optimised systems
* Visiting client sites when needed to provide hands-on support
* Contributing to long-term IT planning and improvements
* Ensuring a high standard of service and communication at all times
