We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Housing Support Worker (female only) to join a dedicated team in North Manchester, empowering and advocating for residents in supported housing.
This is a full-time role and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9am–5pm. This position is temporary (minimum 8 weeks) with the potential to be offered a permanent role depending on how the initial 8 weeks go.

1. Case Management & Engagement: Build strong relationships with users from day one

3. Support Planning: Deliver tailored support sessions and plans
4. Asset Management: Identify, report, and track repairs topletion

6. Multi-Agency Collaboration: Participate in meetings to deliver holistic support
What you'll need to succeed
7. Background in a similar housing support role with a solid understanding of supported housing environments
8. Proven ability to manage your own workload and work independently
9. A positive attitude and willingness to learn, contribute and collaborate with colleagues
10. A full UK driving licence is essential for travel between sites
11. An enhanced DBS check is required for this role
