Job Title: HVAC Install Senior Technician
Summary:
As an HVAC Install Senior Technician, you'll be a vital member of our Residential Install division. Key Responsibilities:
* Install residential HVAC systems (Heat Pumps, Gas/Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units) with accuracy and diligence.
* Work in diverse residential settings, showcasing your expertise with various equipment types.
* Operate with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a supportive team.
* Mentor and share your knowledge with HVAC helpers.
* Maintain meticulous records and complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
* Communicate effectively and mindfully with team members and customers.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: 8-10+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
* Specialized Skill: Boiler installation experience is highly .
* Education (Optional): An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
* Work Ethic: Strong drive to deliver quality work and a commitment to continuous learning.
* Driving Record: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
* Certifications: CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal ideal.
* Tech Proficiency: Ability to work with an iPad and communicate professionally via email.
