At MASH Trust, we work together to achieve great lives for the people we support. This position is a key part of our Disability Community Service, supporting people to live independently in their own communities.
This position will support the delivery of the Community Participation services, enabling people to participate and make a positive contribution to their communities. This position focuses on supporting people with disabilities to develop skills for daily living and participating in activities within their respective communities.
This position is full-time working 80 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm with some flexibility required.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience with service coordination and relationship building
* Ability to deliver on contract components
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement with local organisations and community groups
* Experience in individualised planning with a person-centred and inclusive approach
* Confidence in networking and establishing trust with stakeholders
* Great time management, communication, and collaboration skills
* Current and full NZ Driver’s License as you’ll be out and about
