Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the firm’s Company & Commercial department.
* Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving new business and enhancing the firm’s presence in the commercial market.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
