Real Estate Finance Senior Solicitor (5 years') A leading law firm is seeking a real estate finance senior solicitor to join its team in Edinburgh. Key responsibilities: Preparing, reviewing and reporting on real estate finance documents, including leases, dispositions and standard securities Examining and reporting on titles (Land Registered and Sasine) and certificates of title Drafting corporate authorisations, board minutes, and discharges of securities Managing searches, registrations and post-settlement administration Ensuring files and client matters are delivered on time and to a high standard Requirements: Scottish legal qualification (dual Scotland/England preferred) 5 years' PQE with strong experience in real estate finance, title examination and property security work Excellent communicator, client-focused, confident and able to work independently and in a team The firm offers an inclusive, agile working environment, responsibility early on, and support to perform at your best.
