Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:* Logging and managing repair requests on our internal system* Communicating with Landlords, Tenants and contractors* Sourcing competitive quotes and issuing work orders* Progressing maintenance jobs through to completion* Approving invoices and ensuring smooth, efficient workflowsYou’ll be an important part of a small, collaborative team dedicated to **exceeding client expectations** at every step.This is a **busy, varied and fast-moving** full-time role, perfect for someone who is resilient, highly organised, and able to stay calm and focused under pressure.
