About the Role We are seeking motivated and confident Brand Ambassadors to represent NULTRAFITUK within communities nationwide.
This role involves promoting the brand, engaging with individuals in your local area, and increasing awareness of our products and values.
You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, work independently, and make a measurable impact while representing a reputable and growing fitness brand. All promotional tools and resources are supplied on a weekly or monthly basis, with all postage, packaging, and supply costs fully covered, allowing you to focus entirely on engagement and outreach.
Responsibilities and Support, Actively engage with your local community to promote NULTRAFITUK Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times Provide regular feedback and insights to management Participate in brief check-ins to ensure ongoing support and resupply of materials.
Track promotional activity and engagement outcomes Performance is monitored, and successful engagement is rewarded through uncapped commission, with earning potential of up to £800 per week.
The role also provides valuable experience in marketing, promotions, and community engagement, with opportunities for professional development.
Recruitment & Application Process Due to a high volume of interest, our recruitment process is structured to ensure we select candidates who are genuinely well-suited to the role. The process consists of the following four stages:
Initial Phone Interview A brief introductory call with a member of our recruitment team to discuss your background, motivations, and initial suitability for the role.
Online Assessment Questionnaire A short, structured questionnaire designed to assess key competencies, communication skills, and overall alignment with the role.
Final Phone Interview & Compatibility Review A more detailed conversation to confirm full role compatibility, address any remaining questions, and ensure you are confident and capable of taking on the responsibilities.
Hiring & Onboarding Successful candidates will proceed to formal onboarding, receive full guidance, and be provided with all necessary resources to begin representing NULTRAFITUK.
