What we are looking for; Ideally, you’ll come from a similar background to Field Sales, however this isn’t essential.We are looking for people who have a commercial mindset, who have the drive and ambition to make a difference to the business by delivering against targets.The customer will be at heart of everything you do, so being confident being out on the field is essential.We have a great induction programme where we will teach you everything you need to know about our products and the business, so although food service experience/ hospitality would be advantageous, you’ll get the training you need to succeed.We’re not just looking for a good fit, we want people who help to make us even better.
