Job Description
1. Oversee and manage all site operations from project start to completion.
2. Direct and supervise project administration staff and construction engineers; collaborate with superintendents to set priorities.
3. Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue; ensure adherence to estimates.
4. Resolve issues related to labor, staffing, materials, equipment, and contract administration.
5. Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet established safety goals.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers.
7. Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFI logs and change orders.

The Successful Applicant
8. 6+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor
9. Bachelor's Degree a plus
10. Must have experience running projects from start to finish
11. Strong software and technology skills is a plus
12. Able to communicate and be organized
13. Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
14. Experience managing teams is a plus
15. Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology
