Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our team at Haddon House Nursing Home in Clowne, S43.
At Haddon House, we offer care and nursing support to older adults, individuals living with dementia, and those with challenging needs. Our purpose-built home provides bright, spacious accommodation designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Location: Clowne, S43 – easily commutable from Chesterfield, Worksop, Mansfield, and Sheffield.

Position: Full-time, including a share of on-call duties.

Role Overview: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the nursing home. Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
* Maintaining budgets and adhering to regulatory requirements within set timelines.
* Leading and supporting the team to deliver high-quality care through assessment, guidance, and supervision.
Support Structure: You will work closely with a supportive Senior Management team and an experienced staff group, including a Deputy Nurse Manager. If you are passionate about leading a team and driving positive outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
* Driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Proven management experience within a nursing home setting.
* Competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
* Paid annual NMC registration fee (subject to no restrictions).
* Contributory pension.

* 6 weeks annual leave plus statutory bank holidays.
