What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the reliable presence that helps each lesson stay on track, including:
1. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across different subjects
2. Supporting students to remain focused, engaged, and ready to learn
3. Managing behaviour in a positive, consistent way
4. Building rapport with students across the school
5. Assisting departments during quieter periods, including basic admin tasks
6. Being flexible and confident moving between classes throughout the day
