Established over fifty years, a leading business consultancy is seeking a proven administrator. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and self-motivated individual with strong administrative support experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Directors and colleagues with all secretarial duties, producing presentations and proposals for bids, tenders, and compliance administration.
2. Marketing – Liaising with external marketing agencies to produce content for the company website and brochures.
3. Diary management for consultants.
4. Liaising with clients and support staff via phone and email.
5. Facilities management.
6. Filing and general administration.
7. Maintaining efficient and well-organised office systems.
8. Working within a professional service-led environment.
9. Strong organisational skills.
10. A dynamic and ‘can-do’ personal approach to work.
11. Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
