As an HR Advisor, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking People and Wellbeing team that plays a key role in shaping the employee experience.
Your new role As aHR Advisor, you will report directly to the Head of People and act as a key member of the HR team. You’ll provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, policy development, and coaching managers. As a HR Advisor you will lead on investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and support with Employment Tribunal preparation.
This is a varied and hands-on role with opportunities to mentor junior team members, influence HR systems, and deputise for the Head of People and Wellbeing when required What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role Strong knowledge of employee relations Experience coaching and advising managers. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive, solution-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent knowledge of employment law and ACAS guidelines. What you’ll get in return A competitive salary £30,000 - £32,000 A 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday. Generous benefits including a Blue Light Card, employee discounts, and a company pension.
