Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting our technology transformation journey. You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders to bridge the gap between legacy systems and our modern target architecture. This is a hands-on role where you’ll quickly develop a deep understanding of our systems and products, document and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, and help ensure projects run smoothly by removing obstacles and maintaining momentum.
To succeed, you’ll bring at least five years’ experience as a Business Analyst—ideally within financial services—and a strong grasp of both technical systems and business processes. You’ll combine analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Experience working in transformation or system migration projects will be a strong advantage, along with proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Office.
