Role Overview
Support Practitioner – permanent, 37.5 hour week.
We are on the lookout for compassionate and motivated colleagues with a positive attitude. You dont need experience in care to start your career with us – we recruit on values and transferable skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with all aspects of daily living including meal preparation, medication, and appointments.
* Support with personal finances and household chores.
* Provide moving and handling support as necessary, with appropriate training.
* Assist with personal care and other daily activities.
Required Skills and Qualities
* Empathetic and caring nature.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confidence in using computers.
* Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
* Good organisational skills.
Training & Development
Youll receive fully funded SVQ training to become an amazing Support Practitioner.
