What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of children and families.
Design and implement intervention plans supporting developmental goals.
Lead and supervise Occupational Therapists and student OTs, fostering growth and learning.
Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to ensure integrated care.
Engage with families to build supportive, trusting relationships.
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with statutory requirements.
Provide expert advice on care packages, short breaks, and additional support for children with vulnerabilities.
Requirements
Registered Occupational Therapist with HCPC.
Valid driving license to support families across Bracknell.
