An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a leading Family Law team in Northamptonshire.
The role will suit a Solicitor at a Senior Associate or Legal Director level who is committed to advancing their career, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm’s successful and busy Family department.
The team is recognised for providing expert advice on all aspects of private family law, particularly in complex financial remedy proceedings. You will be providing clear, tailored advice to clients on a variety of family law matters, ensuring exceptional client service and meeting each client’s objectives, while adhering to all professional and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile:
1. Proficiency in managing straightforward cases, with the confidence to handle unfamiliar tasks and challenges independently where possible.
2. A solid understanding of legal principles relevant to family law, applying these to varied case types.
3. Experienced in using judgment effectively, knowing when to seek additional guidance on complex matters.
