Job Overview

The Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation Physical Therapist will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and administer physical therapy using various techniques in accordance with physician referrals. The role involves collaborating with the medical director, physicians, nurse practitioners, staff, and the community to provide pelvic health services and education.


Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
* Current Indiana Physical Therapy License
* BLS certification within 6 months of hire

Work Schedule & Location

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, off Wednesdays. No weekends or holidays. Location: Deaconess Women's Hospital, Urogynecology and Pelvic Rehabilitation, Newburgh, Scotland.
