Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative/Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour, ensuring smooth office operations. This role involves providing administrative/finance support to various departments, managing communications, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Duties
* Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
* Manage phone communications with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
* Support bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing and expense tracking
* Ensure a tidy and organised office environment to promote productivity
Requirements
* Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate data entry
* Previous clerical experience is preferred
