Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
* Own and lead the creation of a new UK HQ as part of the IMG-wide Transformation Programme
* Develop and maintain the real estate timeline, including dependencies, risks, and decision points
* Ensure office & production facility design and delivery aligns with operational technical, cultural, and financial requirements
* Manage lease negotiations, renewals, exits, and dilapidations, working closely with Legal, Finance, and external property advisors
* Procure and manage all associated vendors: including but not limited to architect, design, building contractors and fit out.
* Act as primary interface with landlords, agents, surveyors, and contractors
* Coordinate relocation planning, including move sequencing, and business continuity considerations
* Ensure property decisions support future ways of working, hybrid models, sustainability objectives, and cultural transformation goals
* Track and report on the Real Estate workstream budget, cost tracking, approvals, and financial governance
* Identify, manage, and mitigate programme risks and constraints related to property, timing, and cost
* Provide clear, concise status reporting, updates, and executive-ready materials to the TMO
* Collaborate closely with other program workstreams to ensure integrated delivery
* Support stakeholder engagement and change activity related to workplace transitions and relocations
Key Skills & Experience
* Senior leadership experience delivering large-scale capital property or real estate programmes ( 500+ employees)
* Proven track record of site selection, lease negotiation, and complex stakeholder management
* Experience in media, broadcast, studios, production, or technology led environments
* Experience working within transformation programmes, PMOs, or TMOs
* Experience delivering future workplace design, hybrid models, and sustainability standards and property solutions alongside technical and digital transformation
* Strong commercial, financial, and risk management capability
* Ability to operate confidently at executive and board level
* Excellent communication skills with experience producing executive level papers and updates
Working Conditions
* This is a fixed-term contract and requires an immediate start.
* Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
* This role will be based at Stockley Park.
* You may be required to travel to different office sites for IMG.
* Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule, or when working to a pitch or proposal deadline
* Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
* Flexibility required at key programme milestones
