Look no further! Xentrall Shared Services are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our existing End User Engagement team.
Xentrall Shared Services is a partnership between Stockton and Darlington Councils, responsible for four main shared services: ICT, Transactional HR, Transactional Finance and Design & Print. These services are also provided to other public bodies outside of the two Councils.
What will you be doing?
As an ICT Support Officer, you will provide operational, clerical and administrative support to the ICT department. You will provide a full ordering service for ICT equipment, software and services adhering to documented procurement guidelines and standards. You will also ensure that orders are progressed, controlled and entered onto the appropriate Authority’s Financial Management system and update customers on the ICT Service Desk. You will be based in Darlington Town Hall and will work as part of a team to deliver these services.
