As Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee service during your shift. You will allocate daily duties to the team, keeping the department motivated, whilst also supporting the drive and improvement of products, service, and standards. Leading by example, you will deliver a friendly, professional, and memorable service to all of our guests. Inspiring the team with clarity and confidence, you will ensure the department is prepared and organized whilst also assisting the Food & Beverage/Restaurant Manager with staff training and development.
The successful candidate for this role will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering 5-star experiences to guests and hotel residents.
You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident building relationships with guests and members of the hotel team. You will be friendly and enthusiastic with a drive to enhance quality service and, in turn, guest satisfaction. You will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, meeting, greeting, and interacting with guests, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
